Q 1. When we have to Get the service or refill ABC 6kg Fire Extinguisher?

A. If there is a short time gap of 2- 4 hours you can reuse, otherwise there will be minute leakage of propellant gas due to powder clogging in the pressure locking pin, so there won’t be any pressure left after 24 hours, but the remaining Media will be intact.

A. There is no age limit as such, you should have the adequate knowledge to use the Fire Extinguisher, Without sufficient knowledge and training it maybe disastrous.

Q 4. can we use ABC Fire Extinguisher for Metal fire?
A. No and never, the MAP powder can react with the metal and can be dangerous.

Q 5. What is full form of MAP50 OR MAP90 ?
A. MAP50 means Mono Ammonium Phosphate with 50% concentration and 50% base, where as MAP90 means Mono Ammonium Phosphate concentration will be 90% and 10% base.

Q 6. What is Better MAP50 or MAP90?
A. MAP90 is always better as it has 90% Concentration of Mono Ammonium Phosphate.

Q 7. Can a Fire Extinguisher ABC 6kg burst or blast on it’s own accidentally?
A. This depends upon external factors, if the device is heated continuously or dropped from a height, or hit by a forklift in factories and warehouses, chances of bursting will be there.
